Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Hertfordshire is seeking a skilled Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to own monthly reporting and financial analysis while partnering with key stakeholders.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, post month-end journals, and conduct detailed variance analysis to support business decisions.

The role requires fully qualified CCAB/CIMA/ACCA or part-qualified, strong Excel skills and experience with Sage or similar software.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified (CCAB, CIMA, ACCA) or making strong progress as a part-qualified accountant.
• Solid understanding of UK accounting standards.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and core accounting software (such as Sage or similar).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Salary: 45,000 – 50,000+ per annum (depending on experience and qualification level)

About the Role
