Job summary

West Herts seeks a proactive, commercially minded accountant to join the Finance team at the Watford campus. You will produce monthly management accounts, monitor budgets, and provide financial analysis and forecasts to help managers understand performance and identify improvement opportunities.

You will collaborate across departments, act as a trusted finance contact, and contribute to improving systems, reporting, and data quality.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified accountant with solid management accounting experience.
• Ability to produce management accounts and analyze budgets and variances.
• Strong attention to financial controls and data quality.

Responsibilities
