As a Certified B Corporation, social and environmental responsibility are integral to our operations. Our global hubs span Europe, the US, Asia, and Australia, working worldwide to tackle challenges and make an impact.

Role Overview:

Our Finance team seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner on an FTC basis. You will be a proactive finance professional, passionate about client service and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with sector leadership and teams, acting as the 'face of finance' to drive commercial value.
  2. Support forecasting and planning activities, aligning with strategic and financial goals.
  3. Explain financial performance through impactful insights, connecting data with sector strategies.
  4. Conduct client reviews to enhance margins and commercial outcomes.
  5. Assist in scenario and sensitivity analyses for strategic planning and risk mitigation.
  6. Present financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders to improve understanding and engagement.
  7. Deliver training to build commercial awareness, emphasizing operational impacts across project lifecycles.
  8. Prepare and review management reports, highlight emails, and executive packs.
  9. Review expenditure, T&M, and capped T&M to identify risks and opportunities.
  10. Collaborate with various business partners to provide high-quality business partnering services.

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified accountant with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting processes, preferably in professional services.
  • Commercially focused with excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Resilient, committed, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills.

Benefits and Culture:

At Baringa, we prioritize people and wellbeing, offering benefits such as:

  • Generous annual leave: 5 weeks plus an additional 2 weeks after 5 years of service.
  • Flexible working arrangements and hybrid policies.
  • Corporate Responsibility Days for social and environmental causes.
  • Wellbeing Fund to support personal wellbeing activities.
  • Profit Share Scheme involving all employees.
