Job Description

This role reports directly to the Finance Director (Special Projects) and the Business Unit Finance Director. It involves coordinating the delivery of finance inputs for LGC’s strategic planning and development programs, interacting with senior stakeholders, and supporting due diligence processes.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed financial forecasts, analyzing key performance trends, supporting strategy development, and providing data for commercial due diligence and M&A activities. The role requires a high level of financial expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Degree: 1st or 2.1
  • Experience in M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration
  • Qualified accountant
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills
  • Advanced MS Excel and modelling skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
