Job summary

JMF Associates is seeking a Finance Business Partner for an international hospitality group on a 12-month fixed term contract in Greater London. You will lead month-end reporting, management reporting, and FP&A analysis, reporting to Head of Finance. Responsibilities include budgeting with budget holders, variances analysis, and forecast-to-budget reforecasts.

Start ideally in November. Requirements include CIMA/ACA/ACCA, advanced Excel, Power BI, exposure to AI forecasting tools, and strong

• Strong advanced Excel and systems skills, ideally Power BI.

• First-rate Business Partnering skills.

Fantastic opportunity to join an international hospitality group on a 12 month fixed term contract as a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for spearheading the month end reporting process, management reporting and FP&A analysis. Duties will include:-

Responsibility of the Finance Business Partner Role:

• Preparation of annual budgets, liaising with the budget holders to go through any discrepancies


• Partner with the budget holders to explain costs, spend, income and any variances


• Review budgets and assist with the management reporting


• Liaise with budget holders in preparing the annual budget


• Analyse an investigate variances, forecast to budget, complete month end adjustments


• Analyse group and divisional budgets and reforecasts

Requirement of the Finance Business Partner Role:

• CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified


• Strong advanced Excel and systems skills, ideally Power BI


• Exposure to AI tools for forecasting
