Qualifications

• Fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills.

• Ability to influence and drive decisions.

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their finance team on an initial six-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight, supporting key projects and delivering data-driven financial analysis that influences business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide commercial financial support and strategic insight.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and business planning.
• Lead financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support and manage finance-related projects, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
• Present financial information and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Challenge and influence business decisions through robust financial analysis.
• Monitor project performance, budgets and financial outcomes.
• Produce accurate financial reports, forecasts and management information.
• Build strong working relationships across finance and operational teams.
• Drive continuous improvement within financial processes and reporting.

Skills & Experience

• Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role.
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills.
• Experience managing or supporting business change and finance projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence, challenge and drive business decisions.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
