Job summary

JMF Associates is seeking a Finance Business Partner for an international hospitality group on a 12-month fixed term contract in Greater London. You will lead month-end reporting, management reporting, and FP&A analysis, reporting to Head of Finance. Responsibilities include budgeting with budget holders, variances analysis, and forecast-to-budget reforecasts.

Qualifications

• CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Strong advanced Excel and systems skills, ideally Power BI.
• Exposure to AI tools for forecasting.
• Ideally to start in November for a period of 12 months.
• First-rate Business Partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end reporting, management reporting and FP&A analysis.
• Prepare annual budgets with budget holders and explain variances.
• Review budgets and assist with management reporting.
• Liaise with budget holders to prepare the annual budget.
• Analyze variances, forecast to budget, and complete month end adjustments.
• Analyse group and divisional budgets and reforecasts.
