Job summary

JMF Associates in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will report to the Head of Finance and lead month-end reporting, management reporting and FP&A analysis.

Key duties include budgeting with cost controls, explaining variances, and supporting annual budgeting and forecasts. The role requires strong Excel, systems skills and exposure to AI forecasting tools. Ideal start in November.

Qualifications

• CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualification is required.
• Strong FP&A and management reporting experience.
• Excellent Excel and systems capability.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of annual budgets, liaising with the budget holders to go through discrepancies.
• Partner with the budget holders to explain costs, spend, income and any variances.
• Review budgets and assist with the management reporting.
• Liaise with budget holders in preparing the annual budget.
• Analyse and investigate variances, forecast to budget, complete month end adjustments.
• Analyse group and divisional budgets and reforecasts.
