Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a detail-oriented Mess Accountant to provide financial and administrative support on site. The role covers payroll, invoicing, billing and month-end tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

You will maintain records, process supplier invoices, manage payments, organise documents, and contribute to reporting while collaborating with the finance team. AAT qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Payroll, invoicing, billing and month-end tasks are key responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office is required.
• AAT Level 2/3 qualification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Process payments to external partners and manage supplier invoices.
• Organise and store financial documents (digital and paper).
• Assist with month-end procedures and reporting.
• Support payroll processes as required.
• Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
