Job summary

Law Debenture Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Administrator for a 12-month role within the Invoice to Cash team. You will manage billing processes across our professional services business, including raising invoices and handling billing queries.

The role requires strong numeracy, high attention to detail, and proficiency with Sage Intacct and Excel. You will contribute to continuous improvements and support other finance activities across the team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy are essential.
• Excellent data management and manipulation skills with IT literacy.
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Raise annual and ad hoc invoices on Sage Intacct.
• Raise Legal invoices.
• Respond to billing queries and elevate issues to the Billing Team Leader.
• Support the Credit Control processes as required.
• Support other team members with best practice and training.
• Support other billing areas outside own area of responsibility.
• Undertake ad hoc Finance tasks as required by the Director of Shared Services.
• Proactively recommend process improvements to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
