Position: Specialist in Mid-Senior Level Finance Placements @ Camino Search

Camino Search is partnering with a VC-backed technology business that has recently received significant investment and is expanding internationally. They are looking to scale their finance team with a Finance Assistant on a 12-month FTC.

The successful candidate will join a strong finance team as an Accounts Assistant, supporting processes during the company's hyper-growth phase. They will be career-focused and team-oriented, handling all aspects of accounts payable, including invoices, employee expenses, and cash flow forecasts. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with credit control, process invoices, credit notes, and resolve queries quickly.
• Ensure timely payment of bills from customers.
• Process employee expenses and supplier invoices.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees.
• Conduct payment runs across multiple currencies.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Provide ad hoc support to other areas of the business as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
