Description
- Manage the full purchase ledger cycle, including checking, coding, and processing invoices, expenses, and credit card transactions
- Ensure accurate VAT treatment of invoices
- Process client payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Record purchase ledger-related journals using NetSuite
- Monitor and respond to queries in the Purchase Ledger inbox
- Provide timely and accurate ad-hoc financial analysis
- Handle cheque banking for client accounts
- Ensure sufficient cash flow to meet payment obligations
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
- Support the Finance Manager with month-end and general accounting tasks
Profile
Knowledge And Experience
- 1-3 years' experience in a central finance function
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with the following systems is a plus but not required:
