In this role, you will manage food production administration and support the Procurement and Business Support Team within the Hospitality Department. Your responsibilities include controlling, ordering, purchasing, and transferring stock according to departmental procedures. You will maintain data systematically, both manually and via computer, and generate reports as needed.
You will collate and order non-scratch cooked event items based on daily booking sheets and ensure accurate billing for client amendments. Additionally, you will assist staff with training on in-house systems and back-of-house processes and procedures.
