Job summary

LGH Hotels Management Ltd. is seeking a Finance Assistant to join the finance team at the Sanderson and St Martins Lane Hotels in London. The role will support timely billing, assist in balancing daily transfers to city ledger, and help maintain accurate accounts receivable records.

You will edit and update AR systems, ensure invoices have documentation and approvals, oversee filing, and process payments and statements. Strong numeracy and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts experience, ideally within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.

An exciting position has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join the team, the role will assist in the timely billing of accounts and support the Financial Controller to deliver a streamlined service within the Finance team at the Sanderson and St Martins Lane Hotels

You will be responsible for assisting in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system, ensuring all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing.

Maintaining a filing system for account receivable records, record and process payments of goods and services and process all invoices and statements.
