Job summary

LGH Hotels Management Limited is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Finance team at the Sanderson and St Martins Lane Hotels in London. The role focuses on timely billing, accounts receivable tasks and supporting the Financial Controller to deliver a streamlined service.

You will balance daily transfers to city ledger, post and update the accounts receivable system, ensure invoices have documentation and approvals, maintain filing, and process payments and statements.

Qualifications

• You will have previous accounts experience ideally within the hospitality sector.
• You will have excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• You will be able to work independently and under pressure.
• You will be able to multi-task while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

An exciting position has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join the team, the role will assist in the timely billing of accounts and support the Financial Controller to deliver a streamlined service within the Finance team at the Sanderson and St Martins Lane Hotels

You will be responsible for assisting in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system, ensuring all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing.

Maintaining a filing system for account receivable records, record and process payments of goods and services and process all invoices and statements.
