Job summary

LGH Hotels Management Ltd is hiring a Finance Assistant to join the team at the Sanderson and St Martins Lane Hotels in London. You will assist with timely billing of accounts and support the Financial Controller to deliver a streamlined Finance service.

You will balance daily transfers to the city ledger, post to AR, ensure invoices have approvals and documentation, and maintain a filing system for AR records while processing payments and statements.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts, ideally in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and multi-task while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily transfers to city ledger and posting.
• Edit and update the accounts receivable system.
• Ensure invoices have documentation and approvals prior to processing.
• Maintain filing for accounts receivable records.
