Job summary

LGH Hotels Management Ltd is hiring a Finance Assistant to join the team at the Sanderson and St Martins Lane Hotels in London. You will assist with timely billing of accounts and support the Financial Controller to deliver a streamlined Finance service.

You will balance daily transfers to the city ledger, post to AR, ensure invoices have approvals and documentation, and maintain a filing system for AR records while processing payments and statements.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts, ideally in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and multi-task while meeting deadlines.

An exciting position has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join the team, the role will assist in the timely billing of accounts and support the Financial Controller to deliver a streamlined service within the Finance team at the Sanderson and St Martins Lane Hotels You will be responsible for assisting in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system, ensuring all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing. Maintaining a filing system for account receivable records, record and process payments of goods and services and process all invoices and statements.
You will have previous accounts experience ideally within the hospitality sector Will have excellent communication and numeracy skills Ability to work independently Ability to work under pressure Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
