We are seeking a Depot Finance & Admin Supervisor to join the Belfast Evri team, sharing our passion and commitment to customer satisfaction.

You will be a key member of the Depot Management team, serving as the front-line ambassador for all depot office inquiries and being fully responsible for depot administration, reporting, and analysis.

Your responsibilities include managing daily and periodic analysis and reporting on costs, generating financial reports, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Strong organizational skills are essential, as you will handle payroll timesheets, build relationships with colleagues at all levels, and be the go-to person in your depot.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience managing processes and systems in a busy administrative environment
• ATT Qualification or equivalent experience
• Ability to prepare clear and concise presentations
• Proven analytical skills to interpret data and influence decisions
• Fast and accurate typing with attention to detail
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and initiative

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate attendance records and update relevant systems promptly
• Influence line managers to follow company processes and best practices
• Review and improve local processes to reduce costs, increase engagement, and ensure legal and business compliance
• Manage payroll timesheets and update GPHR10 in line with deadlines
• Develop systems with the DGM for tracking hours, efficiency, and absence reporting
