Job description

Job Title: Depot Finance & Admin Supervisor

We are excited to announce the opening of a new Depot in Belfast and are seeking to build a talented team to support its success.

At Evri, we are leaders in the delivery industry, committed to growth and innovation.

We are looking for a Depot Finance & Admin Supervisor to join the Belfast Evri team. This role is essential to our Depot Management team, serving as the primary point of contact for all office enquiries and responsible for depot administration, reporting, and analysis.

The successful candidate will manage tasks such as daily and periodic analysis of costs, generating financial reports, identifying trends and risks, and proposing solutions. Multi-tasking and organizational skills are crucial, including managing payroll timesheets and meeting deadlines. Building relationships across all levels of the depot and wider business is vital, as the DAFS often acts as the 'go-to' person.

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Experience managing processes and systems in a busy administrative environment
  • ATT Qualification or equivalent experience
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise presentations
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and influence decision-making
  • Fast and accurate typing with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Additional requirements:

  • Maintaining accurate attendance records and updating relevant systems promptly
  • Influencing line managers to follow processes and adhere to best practices
  • Reviewing and improving local processes to reduce costs and ensure legal and business compliance
  • Managing and submitting payroll timesheets and updating GPHR10 accordingly
  • Developing systems with the DGM for tracking hours, efficiency, and absence reporting
