The Night Shift Supervisor role is for someone who can motivate staff and efficiently prioritise pressing needs, especially where solutions are not obvious. Lateral and original thinking, logistics experience, or related fields are beneficial. You should be able to work collaboratively and lead projects among your peers.

The Night Shift Supervisor is a night-based role, with core hours from 22:00 to 8:00, depending on volumes, with start and finish times varying.

• Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports, providing leadership and direction during the shift
• Develop and train team members and ensure SLA compliance for the night shift
• Ensure adherence to all site HSES rules and regulations
• Process BI and MI reports based on work output of drivers and loaders
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

Essential skills and experience required:

• Management experience leading and managing a team
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment is advantageous
• Ability to work independently in a pressurised environment and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of transport regulations is preferred
