CMA Recruitment Group in Portsmouth is seeking a Finance Analyst to join a busy, commercially minded finance team. You will support budgeting, forecasting and reporting across multiple markets, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight.

The role offers hybrid working (one day per week from home and one day in London) with a salary of £38,000–£40,000, plus a performance-related bonus and generous holiday allowance.

Qualifikationen

What will the Finance Analyst role involve?

• Assisting with the preparation and review of budgets, monthly forecasts and financial plans
• Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, variances and areas for improvement
• Working closely with commercial teams to understanding sales performance, challenge forecasts and provide financial insight
• Producing financial reports, management information and presentations to support business decisions
• Developing and maintaining financial models to assist with forecasting, scenario planning and longer-term business objectives
• Liaising with wider finance teams to ensure consistent, accurate and timely financial reporting

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Analyst vacancy:

• Previous experience in a financial analysis, management accounting or FP&A role, ideally within a complex commercial environment
• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial information and build financial models
• A finance or accounting degree, or relevant finance qualification, would be advantageous
• A commercially focused approach, with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at different levels
• Well organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy environment
