Job summary

CMA Recruitment Group is working with an established and successful commercial business based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, to appoint an experienced FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. The role focuses on forecasts, budgets and long-range planning across multiple markets.

You will partner with commercial teams to review sales performance, build and maintain financial models, and deliver insightful reports for executives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of FP&A or a similar finance role within multi-regional or complex organisations
• A degree in Finance or Accounting, with strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Demonstrates high attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively across functions and apply a strategic perspective
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of monthly forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Partnering with commercial teams to review sales forecasts and performance, helping identify opportunities and mitigate risks
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support long-range planning, scenario analysis, and strategic evaluations
• Contributing to the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders, providing clear insights into business performance
• Collaborating with regional teams and global finance to ensure compliance with planning standards and governance
