Cumberland Council is recruiting two Finance Administrator positions within the Purchase to Pay and Accounts Receivable Team. The roles are fixed-term, with hybrid working combining remote and Carlisle-based work, and salaries of £27,274–£27,709 per annum.
Post 1 offers 37 hours per week and Post 2 offers 25 hours per week; the team handles supplier payments, customer accounts and sundry debt, with an emphasis on accuracy, procedures, and professional stakeholder liaison.

We currently have 2 fixed term Finance Administrator vacancies based within the Purchase to Pay and Accounts Receivable Team. The team support the payment of supplier invoices and the management of customer accounts and sundry debt. You will be responsible for following procedures and will liaise with suppliers, customers and stakeholders ensuring a confident and professional approach. A flexible attitude and attention to detail are key in this role.
