Cumberland Council in Carlisle is seeking a dedicated worker to undertake strengths-based assessments and deliver person-centred support for people with care and support needs. You will work in a team and, where appropriate, with supervision, ensuring outcomes are focused on independence and empowerment.
The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to improve services, and the post is permanent with a 37-hour week.
Salary: £35,570 to £36,581 per annum
