Job summary

The Cumbria County Council in Carlisle is seeking a dedicated social care practitioner to undertake strengths-based assessments and deliver person-centred support for adults with care needs.   • The post holder will actively promote the work of the Cumberland Council, internally and externally, on the development and delivery of continuously improving modern and competitive services for the people of Cumbria.
