Location: Stoke Calgaz (I) - Industrial spec gas

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? This role within the Finance Department involves office administration, managing reception, coordinating between departments, and supporting all finance functions in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Reception
  2. Liaise with and support the Singapore office
  3. Assist with internal control documentation and implementation
  4. Maintain intranet finance documents
  5. Support Accounts Receivable, including:
  • Business risk assessments
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Maintaining customer accounts
  • Support Accounts Payable, including:
    • Setting up new supplier accounts
    • Maintaining supplier accounts
  • Assist the Management Accountant in all business areas
  • Maintain Google Forms, Documents, and Sheets, ensuring accuracy and audit trails
  • Assist with month-end and year-end finance processing
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance Team
  • Support annual audits
  • Provide departmental cover as needed
  • Communicate and support other business locations
  • Perform any other duties as required

    Person Specification:

    • Experience in an administrative or finance role
    • Sage 200 experience is advantageous
    • Google Sheets, Documents, and Forms experience is advantageous
    • Good communication skills
    • Attention to detail and high accuracy
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
