You’ll work from our Glasgow HQ, be numerate, detail-oriented and comfortable with Sage 50 and Excel, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working options are available after training.

We’relooking for a smart,organisedand experienced Finance Administrator to join our Finance team at our Glasgow HQ. This is a varied role, with your time split across finance administration for both itison and itison venues, playing an important back-office role in helping both sides of the business run smoothly.
The role would suit someone with strong finance administration experience, excellent attention to detail and a calm, methodical approach to working in a busy, fast-pacedenvironment.Finance experiencewithinhospitality would also bebeneficial.
Hybrid working options will be available aftertheinitialtraining/probation period.
Working from our Glasgow HQ,you’llsupport both the itison and itison venues (our bars and restaurants) Finance teams with a varied mix of day-to-day finance administration.
You’llneed to be confident working with numbers,systemsand financial data, with strong accuracy and the ability to stay organised while managing multiple priorities.You’llalso be comfortable communicating with different teams,suppliersand managers across the business.
