Job summary

itison Limited in Glasgow is seeking a Finance Administrator to support both itison venues and the group’s finance operations. This full-time role combines back-office finance tasks with a hands-on approach to day-to-day processing in a busy hospitality-focused business.

You’ll work from our Glasgow HQ, be numerate, detail-oriented and comfortable with Sage 50 and Excel, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working options are available after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy finance administration role.
• Experience using Sage 50 or similar accounting software.
• Confident working with Excel, financedata and spreadsheets.
• Excellent accuracy and first-class attention to detail.
• Organised, efficient and able to manage a varied workload.
• Hospitality or procurement experience would be helpful, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase ledger invoices in Sage.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Reconcile credit card expenses.
• Process daily income and bank payment imports.
• Support daily payment runs and the Finance inbox.
• Support supplier procurement and purchase order systems.
