Finance Assistant (Temporary to Permanent)

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for finance? Our client, a leading company in the life sciences supplies industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated finance professional to join their team. The company is committed to delivering high-quality products and services to a global customer base.

This role is initially temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Due to the location of the client, it is essential that you have a vehicle, as no public transport is available to the site.

Responsibilities:
  1. Post and reconcile daily cash transactions
  2. Reconcile payment accounts
  3. Chase client payments
  4. Conduct credit checks
  5. Update client contact details
  6. Receive and process incoming invoices
  7. Assist in resolving billing discrepancies
  8. Support the finance team with general administrative duties
Requirements:
  1. Relevant degree in finance or accounting
  2. Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  4. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team
  6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
