Courtyard by Marriott Sheffield is seeking a Finance Assistant to join the Finance team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week, Mon–Fri). You will support day-to-day financial administration, focusing on accounts receivable, purchase ledger and general finance tasks within a busy hotel environment.
Working with Financial Controller and hotel management, you will ensure accurate records, timely invoice processing and excellent internal and external customer service.

We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join our Finance team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week over 5 days (Monday – Friday).
This position offers a salary equivalent to £28,000 per annum (full-time equivalent), with an actual annual salary of £14,000 based on a 20-hour working week.
Working closely with the Financial Controller and hotel management team, you'll support the day-to-day financial administration of the hotel, helping ensure accurate records, timely processing of invoices and payments, and excellent internal and external customer service.
The role has a strong focus on Accounts Receivable, Purchase Ledger and general finance administration within a busy hotel environment.
