Job summary

Evri is seeking a Final Mile Territory Manager in Derry/Londonderry to lead service across units, optimise courier coverage, and use real-time tools to resolve issues. You’ll drive efficiency, manage budgets, and engage partners and the local community to keep parcels moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have a UK driving licence, experience in fast-paced operations, strong planning skills, and the ability to motivate dispersed teams while prioritising safety and customer satisfaction.

• Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operations.

Salary £35000-£39000 plus car allowance.

About the Role

As a Final Mile Territory Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind service excellence across multiple Delivery Units or one high-volume Super Unit. You’ll oversee daily performance, act quickly to resolve issues using real-time digital tools, motivate and engage a network of couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, the local community, and key internal teams.

Responsibilities as a Final Mile Territory Manager

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Require the Following…

Qualifications:

• Current UK Driving Licence (preferable but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)

Knowledge & Experience:

• Knowledge of the self-employed courier model
• Previous experience working in a customer-focused industry within a fast-paced operational role
• Strong planning and organisational experience

Technical & People Skills:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Ability to empower teams with appropriate oversight and support recruitment/interview activity when required
• Strong communicator across a dispersed workforce
• IT proficient, including experience with digital dashboards
