Job summary

Evri Group is seeking a Final Mile Territory Manager for Milton Keynes to lead service performance and cost across a high-volume Delivery Unit. You will resolve issues with real-time digital tools, motivate couriers, and build strong internal and external relationships to ensure safe, efficient parcel delivery.

The role requires ownership mindset, accountability, and resilience to shape courier experience, customer satisfaction, and site safety every day.

Qualifications

• Current UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential for a standalone Delivery Unit).
• Knowledge of the self-employed courier model.
• Experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced operational role.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Analytical thinker who can prioritise effectively.
• Ability to empower teams and oversee recruitment where needed.
• Excellent communication across dispersed or remote teams.
• Proficiency with digital dashboards and operational tools.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As aFinal Mile Territory Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind service excellence across multiple Delivery Units or one high-volume Super Unit. You’ll oversee daily performance, act quickly to resolve issues using real-time digital tools, motivate and engage a network of couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, the local community, and key internal teams.

Responsibilities as a Final Mile Territory Manager

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)
• Ensure consistent, compliant, on-time parcel flow and courier coverage
• Analyse digital dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risks
• Build strong relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams, and unions
• Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operations

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Require the Following…

Qualifications:

• Current UK Driving Licence (preferable but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)

Knowledge & Experience:

• Knowledge of the self-employed courier model
• Previous experience working in a customer-focused industry within a fast-paced operational role
• Strong planning and organisational experience

Technical & People Skills:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Ability to empower teams with appropriate oversight and support recruitment/interview activity when required
• Strong communicator across a dispersed workforce
• IT proficient, including experience with digital dashboards
