Job summary

EVRi International in Holywell is hiring a Final Mile Territory Manager to lead service excellence across Delivery Units, driving performance and quick issue resolution with real-time tools.

You’ll mobilise couriers, build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners and internal teams, and own budgets to ensure courier experience, safety and efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Current UK Driving Licence (preferable but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)
• Knowledge of the self-employed courier model
• Previous experience in a fast-paced operational role or logistics environment
• Strong planning and organisational experience

Responsibilities

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)
• Ensure on-time parcel flow and courier coverage
• Analyse dashboards to identify risks and take corrective actions
• Build relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams and unions
• Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across operations
