Responsibilities

• Own service, cost, and performance across Delivery Unit(s).
• Ensure on-time parcel flow and courier coverage.
• Analyse dashboards and Service Tracker to identify risks.
• Lead relationships with EBPs, couriers, and internal teams.
• Manage budget with focus on cost leadership and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement across operations.
