Job summary

EVRi International in Bristol is seeking a Final Mile Resource Manager to oversee regional recruitment, onboarding and engagement for self-employed Owner Drivers. You will partner with depot managers and operations teams to ensure capacity and service levels across the South Evri Premium region.

The role focuses on building recruitment pipelines, managing onboarding journeys, and implementing initiatives to reduce churn while maintaining high driver satisfaction and compliance across a mobile

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, workforce planning, talent acquisition or driver resourcing.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Logistics, transport, parcel delivery or field operations experience.
• Track record of delivering recruitment, retention or operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional Owner Driver recruitment plans.
• Build sustainable recruitment pipelines to support depot requirements.
• Manage onboarding journey from application to operational readiness.
• Ensure drivers meet compliance and governance standards.
• Act as primary regional contact for Owner Drivers.
• Lead engagement and retention initiatives to reduce churn.
• Support depot teams with capacity planning and operational performance.
• Build strong partnerships with depot managers and regional operations teams.
• Use data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Travel regularly across the region to support depots, drivers and recruitment activity.
