EVRi International is seeking a Final Mile Territory Manager in Anglesey to lead service excellence across Delivery Units, manage daily performance, and resolve issues using real-time tools. You will motivate and engage couriers and partners while building strong relationships with internal teams to ensure safe, efficient parcel movement.

This 6-month FTC role offers £35,000-£39,000 plus a car allowance, with a 5/7 shift pattern and the chance to lead, problem-solve, and deliver outstanding

Qualificações

• UK Driving Licence preferred.
• Knowledge of the self-employed courier model.
• Customer-focused, fast-paced operations experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own service, cost, and performance across Delivery Unit(s).
• Ensure consistent, compliant, on-time parcel flow and courier coverage.
• Analyse digital dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risks.
• Build relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams, and unions.
• Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across operations.
