EVRi International in Enfield is hiring a Final Mile Territory Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will oversee service, cost and performance across your Delivery Unit(s), motivate couriers, and build strong relationships with EVRi Business Partners, local communities, and internal teams to keep final mile moving.

The role demands ownership and resilience, with responsibility for site safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• Current UK Driving Licence (preferable)
• Knowledge of the self-employed courier model
• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
• Strong planning and organisational experience
• Analytical mindset and problem solving
• Ability to empower teams and oversee recruitment/interviews
• Strong communication across dispersed teams
• IT proficiency with digital dashboards

Responsabilidades

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)
• Ensure consistent, on-time parcel flow and courier coverage
• Analyse digital dashboards to identify and resolve risks
• Build relationships with EVRi Business Partners, couriers, support teams, and unions
• Lead budget management with focus on cost leadership and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement across all operations
