Severn Trent Water is seeking a proactive Assistant Water Network Technician to join the Water Network Operations and Leakage team covering the Gloucester and Worcester patch. You’ll manage a designated DMA patch, focusing on identifying and reducing leakage with a strong emphasis on safety and customer contact.

The role offers autonomous fieldwork, regular interactions with customers, and collaboration with operational teams.

Qualifications

• Driver's licence is essential for the role.
• Field-based role requiring travel within Gloucester and Worcester.

Responsibilities

• Own a patch of District Meter Areas (DMAs) and work to reduce unaccounted water.
• Identify, investigate and reduce water leakage across the network with health and safety focus.
• Engage with customers and provide feedback to operational teams; build stakeholder relationships.
