Severn Trent is seeking an proactive Assistant Water Network Technician to join the Water Network Operations and Leakage team covering the Gloucester and Worcester patch. You will take ownership of a designated patch of DMAs, identify and investigate leakage, and help reduce unaccounted water with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

The role is field-based with high autonomy, requiring travel around Gloucester and Worcester. A valid Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own a designated patch of District Meter Areas (DMAs) and manage your workload
• Identify, investigate and reduce water leakage across the network
• Maintain health and safety as a priority while working in the field
• Engage with customers and provide feedback to operational teams
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Travel around Gloucester and Worcester and operate with a Severn Trent van
