Job summary

Keepmoat in the UK is seeking a Technical Services Field Support to join our team. This field-based role covers the South Midlands and South West regions, supporting offices and sites with a range of digital technology deployments.

You will deploy, configure and troubleshoot infrastructure, applications and networking, train regional teams, and coordinate in-life support and redeployment of solutions. A full UK driving licence is essential and a company van is provided to support travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based IT/support is preferred.
• Ability to work at height, use power tools, and install technologies.
• UK Full Clean driving licence required; travel to sites is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support offices/sites in South Midlands and South West region.
• Deliver, install, configure and troubleshoot digital technology solutions.
• Train regional teams to adopt technologies and coordinate deployments.
