Job Title: Field Technician (Previous Relevant Experience is Required), Exeter

We are seeking experienced IT Field Engineers to join our team in Exeter, United Kingdom. Candidates must be eligible for a UK work permit and able to obtain Garda clearance to work in Ireland. The role involves traveling to customer sites and our Dublin head office as needed.

This position offers an opportunity to work with a company serving public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials according to contract manuals and procedural documents, ensuring quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer or Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Escalating issues to Problem Management for repetitive incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily and managing your workflow to resolve issues efficiently.
• Possessing IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC products is preferred.
