Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to public sector customers and plays a vital role in safety and life-saving initiatives.

We want to hear from you if you have experience in:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using current contract manuals and procedural documents, adhering to quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for recurring incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily, managing your workflow and utilization to resolve issues promptly.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PCs.
