Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

We want to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

Demonstrable experience of:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using latest contract manuals and procedural documents to required standards of quality and time, under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily and managing your workflow to resolve them.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PCs.
