Job Description:

Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to our public sector customers and to contribute to keeping the country safe and saving lives.

We want to hear from you if you have the following experience:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using the latest contract manuals and procedural documents to the required standards of quality and time, under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support for customers.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing repetitive incidents of a similar nature.
• Reviewing open incidents daily for your region, actively managing your workflow and utilization to close incidents efficiently.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of working on network infrastructure products / PCs.
