Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company serving public sector customers and contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

We want to hear from you if you have demonstrable experience in:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedural documents to standards of quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily, managing your workflow and utilization to resolve issues.
• Ideally, experience with IP networks and working on network infrastructure products or PCs.
