Job summary

SOCOTEC UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Field Technician to join our Infrastructure division. You will undertake pavement investigations, coring and utility works on site, ensuring health and safety and data quality.

You will collaborate with clients and subcontractors, maintain calibrated equipment, and keep precise site records while supporting a variety of national projects across the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year industry experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexible approach to working hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out pavement investigations including FWD, coring, trial pits and DCPs
• Liaising with clients and subcontractors on site
• Maintaining calibrated equipment and accurate site records
