Job summary

Lyreco is seeking a hands-on Technical Customer Service Engineer to join our field engineering team across Surrey and surrounding areas. You’ll own service delivery on customer sites, install, service and maintain dispensing and dosing equipment, diagnose faults and deliver solutions that keep systems safe and reliable.

Qualifications

• Practical engineering experience with fault diagnosis and repair.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and perform basic plumbing tasks.
• Independent field-based work with strong communication and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support at customer sites and maintain equipment.
• Install, commission and service dispensing and dosing systems.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues and complete repairs to restore operation.
• Carry out planned servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Test equipment and perform safety checks to meet specifications.
• Manage parts requirement and ensure availability.
• Complete accurate electronic job sheets and communicate with team.
• Take ownership of van stock, equipment and workload.
