Job summary

Diversey, part of Solenis, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and repair dosing and dispensing equipment and TASKI floorcare machines at customer sites across the Southwest of England and Plymouth. The role requires strong technical ability, independence and a commitment to service excellence.

You will deliver exceptional technical service, maximise first-time fix rates, and ensure customers receive a safe, efficient and professional experience at every visit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Strong focus on quality, safety and service excellence.
• Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
• Confident communicator with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair dosing and dispensing equipment and TASKI floorcare machines for Diversey customers.
• Attend customer sites for breakdowns, planned maintenance and installation visits.
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain van stock levels to support a strong first‑time fix rate.
• Minimise equipment downtime by using remote diagnosis and remote fix options where possible.
• Plan daily work efficiently to maximise productivity and meet customer expectations.
