Job summary

Diversey - Solenis is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the Southwest of England & Plymouth to install, maintain and repair dosing and TASKI floorcare equipment at customer sites. You will travel to customer sites, diagnose issues remotely when possible and ensure safe, efficient service with a focus on first-time fixes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in electrical or mechanical engineering, strong safety and quality ethos, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Strong emphasis on safety, quality and service excellence.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Keen eye for detail and methodical problem solving.
• Confident communicator with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair dosing and dispensing equipment and TASKI floorcare machines at customer sites.
• Attend customer sites for breakdowns, planned maintenance and installation visits.
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain van stock levels to support first-time fix rates.
• Keep Salesforce updated with job details, parts used and follow-up requirements.
