Job summary

Aprolis UK, part of Monnoyeur Group, seeks a Technical Support Trainer to deliver technical and health & safety training to Impact engineers, depots, and dealer networks across the UK. The role combines hands-on coaching with documentation and audits.

You will liaise with OEMs, prepare training materials, and ensure Safe Systems of Work, while traveling nationwide and staying away from home as required. Strong IT skills and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and presenting training courses is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home as required.
• Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work using own initiative and prioritise workload.
• Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to Impact engineers and Dealer Network by phone, email, or site visits.
• Prepare and deliver Technical and H&S training courses with supporting materials.
• Deliver Health & Safety toolbox talks before training sessions to ensure Safe Systems of Work.
• Assist Technical Team by preparing Technical Service Bulletins when needed.
• Assist Technical Team by preparing Health & Safety Bulletins when necessary.
• Optimize training efficiency by selecting locations and managing attendees.
• Liaise with manufacturers to obtain training information as required.
• Coordinate with HC on technical matters and feedback issues.
• Ensure training documentation is promptly sent to HR.
• Assist with internal depot H&S/Quality audits and conduct random audits of Safe Systems of Work.
• Contribute to business development projects as required.
• Deliver new engineer induction training modules.
• Produce detailed technical reports after visits and training sessions.
• Attend product training on CAT and non-CAT machines and create lesson plans for internal and dealer networks.
• Provide technical support and training to Sales.
